Journey is a sophomore attending Eisenhower high school. This is her first year writing for the Golden Gazette and she is also involved in the school dance team as an extra curricular as well as the black student union. Outside of school she is also a very lively person, she loves to sing, and continue to dance with outside friends. She believes that its important to have a school newspaper so that everyone is updated on what’s going on throughout the school. She is personally involved in the school newspaper because of her passion for writing and speaking to others. Altogether she is an outstanding individual and reaches to grow new skills through her time being a reporter.
