Every student has done their own share of school assigned projects with a rubic that requires them to use colors to receive some credit on their work. Tempera paint is a great pick if you’re working on a big project that will be only for school. You’re probably asking yourself what even is tempera paint and, why should you even give it a chance? Well it is a water-based paint known for its vibrant color, it’s affordable and extremely easy to clean up.
Based on my experience, tempera paint has been the easiest paint or coloring material I used on a school project. Mixing colors is facilitated due to only needing the primary colors, white and black to make any color you need for the project. The paint itself is simple to use! The paint goes where it is supposed to go, doesn’t drip (hard paper is recommended), and when you’re done using it you can just wash your brush with soap and the paint will just come out. Having used it once for an art project for art class, I highly recommend it for students who need affordable and simple paint to use on their school projects or even personal ones!
